These are KeyTags Direct's shipping charges for the United Kingdom:
- £1-£29.99 £2.50
- £20-£59.99 £5.50
- £60-£99.99 £7.50
- £100-£199.99 £10.00
- £200-£299.99 £15
- Over £300.00 FREE SHIPPING
Any orders over £300 will receive free shipping. This does not apply to heavy goods (see below).
For certain heavy items a heavy goods surcharge applies. These surcharges are specified on the product page.

Our current standard delivery time is 3-4 working days. If you urgently require products faster than this please contact us as we can deliver within 24 hours for an additional charge.
If we are unable to despatch your order within the designated time we will contact you within 24 hours. If we offer an alternative that is not acceptable, your order may be cancelled with no further obligation.
Northern-Ireland is excluded from online ordering at present. Please contact us on information on where to order.
The Channel Islands incur different shipping charges which are currently not available online and these will be added after the order. Alternatively please contact us by phone and we will calculate the charges for you.
